Problems

Hi,
Ok, let's try to list the problems derived from the massive use of ICTs:

-Digital Revolution:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Revolution
We have been surrounded by computer, mobiles and the Internet for quite some years now but nobody told us how to use them, right? I mean what we could achieve with those tools.
Not even the students had a quality formation about this.
Not to mention elders.

-English Knowledge:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_language_in_Europe
Level is quite low in Spain and that means another problem.
An article about this:

-Education: Quite limited and far from needs of elder, workers and estudents.
Basic and passtimelike for the first:

Oriented to the results and needs of the company for the second:

And commitment (not having prepared and updated teachers) for the last:

We are, therefore, in a scenario where there is no culture (or will) of ICTs since it has not been promoted at the educational or business level.

Add those to the mentioned Digital Revolution:
-Consumer electronics and computing explosion.
-Smartphone Sale trends.
-IoT (Internet of Things):

...

We're facing a non seen challenge because of the number of users and devices. How could we handle this scenario?
